CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your order.
Pay up front for orders below $100.00.
The product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
The customer has the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has the right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (i.e., eyecolour change)
Must be paid in USD.
Customers can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for more than a week, or when work has not been completed within 10 business days.
The customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial purposes without additional fees.
The seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: JUNE 22, 2026This contract applies to the artist, further called Seller, and the person or institution, further called Customer, purchasing from Seller a work of art, further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:Section 1 - The ServiceI have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.I will NOT draw anything under an NSFW, offensive, controversial, or pornographic title.You will be blacklisted from my art for any stalking, threatening, harassing, or disparaging behavior.Section 2 - The usageDo NOT claim or distribute my artwork without permission, whether it’s a freebie or not.All commissions will be published and posted to my public social media accounts. Owners of any characters will be credited and tagged in the posts.You may post and/or upload my work as long as you link my social accounts, post my name, and my tags. (at least one is required)SAVE THE ARTWORK YOU PURCHASED. I will not be held responsible or liable for any misplaced art in my or your gallery.Section 3 - PaymentsI do NOT provide refunds. However, I will refund if I am not able to finish the piece or if you do not need or want the work BEFORE I start the sketch. If I have started the drawing and you decide you no longer want the work, you will NOT get a refund. Make sure you are 100% sure that you want my art and time.I only accept Cash App as of April 25, 2026.Full payment or at least 50-60% must be paid before I begin.If the art is needed or rushed in less than a week, you’ll need to provide a $20 charge. That charge will put you as my top priority. The rush charge will vary based on the complexity of the character and the time I’m taking out of personal events.Section 4 - The processFirst-come, first-servedNo matter the complexity, the estimated wait time or finished time will be a week or 5 business days. Even if I feel the piece will be done the same day. Life happens, and plans change. The week gives me enough time if something comes up. If extra time is needed, I will message you and set another time up, or just let you know I’m refunding you the money.Section 5 - AI and Commercial UseCommercial Use
You can NOT use my art, your commission, for any business, company, advertisement, or any commercial use without asking or paying a fee. 300% is my commercial fee. You can NOT use my art to create NFT, crypto, bitcoin, or any type of online currency.
AI Use
You absolutely can NOT use my art to feed into AI, ChatGPT, or OpenAI. I will take legal action for any misuse of my art. Whether it's a commission or not. You pay to use my art. You do not pay to put my art into something that will take my job and my purpose away from me. If that's what you are looking for, don't commission me.

Basic character ref sheet/HC ref sheet (colored, sketch) is $70 per character. (you can upgrade it to lined and/or shaded.)
It contains 3 full bodies, 2 half bodies, and 1 bust. You can add or subtract what is on the ref sheet. This is just the basic version.
